- Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen journal was established based on the decision of the Director of the General Department of Publications and Artistic Works at the Ministry of Culture and Civil Society, No. (27) regarding the authorisation to issue a scientific journal issued periodically / quarterly under the name (Al-Qalam Al-Mubin) on 25/11/2015.
- Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen journal is registered under submission number (393/2016), National Library – Benghazi.
- Al-Qalam Al-Mubeen journal is accredited by the Committee for the Accreditation of Refereed Journals of the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research within the journals issued by Gharyan University.
The journal aims to:
- To be a spacious field for research and discussion in all sciences, and in various fields, so that it will be an enlightenment for our scientists and thinkers through which they illuminate the path of truth and the path of guidance.
2. Enriching and developing knowledge, and serving researchers and those interested in the scientific field.
3. Monitoring the scientific movement, keeping abreast of new issues and research.
4. Providing an opportunity for faculty members in universities in particular, and intellectuals in general, to publish their scientific research, and encouraging them to overcome research obstacles and scientific inhibitions in front of them.
5. Contribute to the advancement and development of society in all fields, through the information and results of scientific research presented in the journal.
